An inquiry, a support ticket and an account update enter one clear process.
Automation with
a human moment.
Let the routine move on its own. Keep a clear place for judgment, context and the occasional second look.

01
A clear beginning
Start with a form, a ticket or an update. Bring the context along.
02
A considered decision
Match the right rule. Pause where a person should make the call.
03
A useful next step
Give the next team an owner, an action and the information they need.
One idea.
Many possibilities.
Sales, support, operations. Pick a familiar moment and see where it could go.

Start with one repeatable handoff: a demo inquiry, a support escalation or a new customer checklist. Define the trigger, the owner and what a successful next step looks like before adding more branches.
Place a review before an action that needs judgment. In the interactive example, the run pauses at the approval step and continues only when you choose Approve handoff.
Give incomplete records a clear exception path. Ask for the missing context or route the item to a person; do not let a confident-looking automation invent an answer.
Design around the tools your team already uses. The integration directory shows example roles for a CRM, helpdesk, team workspace and data source. Actual connections depend on your automation service and its permissions.
Use representative sample data, include an incomplete request, check who can approve and inspect the final destination. Begin with a small scope before enabling real actions.
No. Relay is a fictional product demonstration. The interactive scenes run locally, the examples do not connect to external accounts, and no requests are sent by the workflow simulator.
Good work.
Keep it moving.
